O ato acontece em meio a alegações polêmicas contra as forças de segurança do país por utilizarem meios violentos e contrários aos direitos humanos
manifestações.
Os protestos, que terão início em diversos pontos de Caracas, terão como alvo a sede do Conselho Nacional Eleitoral, onde é esperado um forte ato contra a Constituinte e o presidente Nicolás Maduro.
Em outras cidades, também foram convocadas manifestações em direção à sede regional do órgão eleitoral.
